Orange Cranberry Spritzer makes 8 servings
Highlighting all the lovely produce of the season, this bubbly concoction can be whipped up in no time with a simple trip to the store. Pairs well with your favorite vodka.
4 cups cranberry juice
2 cups orange juice
4 cups ginger ale
Frozen cranberries to serve
Combine all ingredients, serve with cranberries
Spiced Cider makes 8 servings
Warming and oh so cozy, this drink is especially delightful on those cold winter nights. Pairs well with your favorite rum or bourbon.
8 cups fresh apple cider or apple juice
2 cinnamon sticks
⅛ teaspoon grated nutmeg
1 orange, sliced
Heat the cider, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and orange slices in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes or until the mixture is hot.
Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate 4 servings
This is the perfect all-day winter drink. Warm up after a chilly walk, a sledding adventure, or a cozy game in night in front of the fireplace. Pairs well with Bourbon or a liqueur like Bailleys!
- 4 cups milk
- 1/2 cup bittersweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup caramel sauce
Heat milk, once milk is warm, stir in chocolate chips and caramel, and cook whisking constantly until chocolate has melted.
